Description
The Department of State Police is seeking bids for the Lee Barracks Paving Improvements project. The project involves the removal and replacement of asphalt paving, resetting drainage structures, and line striping of the parking lot. The project is scheduled for 30 calendar days to substantial completion. The minimum rates of wages to be paid on the project have been determined by the Commissioner of the Division of Occupational Safety under the provisions of Sections 26 and 27, Chapter 149 of the General Laws.
• The bidding documents may be examined at the Massachusetts State Police, General Headquarters, 470 Worcester Road, Framingham, MA 01702.
• A Pre-Bid site visit will be held on Monday, May 18, 2026, at 10:00 AM at the site.
• Each general bid and filed sub-bid proposal must be secured by an accompanying deposit of 5% of the total bid amount.
