$100,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is difficult to estimate, as the document does not provide a specific amount. However, considering that it is a sole source contract for a Professor of Physics & Astronomy to participate in the Lightning Advisory Panel and further development and evaluation of the Lightning Launch Commit Criteria, the budget might be in the range of a typical university professor's annual salary, which could be around $100,000 to $200,000. The factors that may influence the likely payment range include the level of expertise required, the duration of the contract, and the scope of work.
