Description
The Federal Bureau of Prisons is seeking a contractor to provide kosher food products for the third quarter of FY26. The contractor will be required to deliver the products within 30 days after receipt of order. The products must meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation, including being certified kosher and meeting specific ingredient and packaging requirements. The contractor will be evaluated based on price and past performance.
• The contract will be for a period of 90 days, from April 1, 2026, to June 30, 2026.
• The contractor must deliver the products to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, FCI Schuylkill, Interstate 81 & Route 901 West, Minersville, PA 17954.
• The contractor must provide a firm-fixed price for the products.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to food safety and handling.
• The contractor must provide certification that the products meet the specifications outlined in the solicitation.
