Description
The Missouri Department of Transportation Northeast District is seeking to establish a price agreement with multiple vendors for the plant pick up of hot mix, cold mix, and winter mix from various sites by MoDOT NE staff and trucks on an as-needed basis throughout calendar year 2026. The scope of work includes providing materials for routine projects, with the possibility of separate solicitations for similar materials during this period. The price agreement will be based on factors such as cost, availability, and project proximity to the plant location.
• The agreement will be for a period of one year, with the option for vendors to revise their pricing on a monthly basis.
• The materials supplied must comply with the requirements of the current edition of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction.
• Vendors will be required to provide scale tickets with the MoDOT truck number and the name of the MoDOT employee who picked up the material.
• Invoices and statements should be mailed to or emailed to the designated address.
