Description
The Alabama Board of Dental Examiners is seeking a vendor to provide full‑service janitorial cleaning for its Birmingham office on a multi‑year basis. The contract is a small‑purchase agreement with a total ceiling of $25,000 and must be performed by the vendor directly (no subcontractors). The work includes daily cleaning of lobbies, hallways, restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms, and general facility upkeep, plus an extra deep clean before each Board meeting. Pricing must be submitted as a single fixed monthly rate that remains unchanged for the 48‑month term.
• Mandatory site visit on October 19, 2026 at 9 a.m. required for all bidders.
• Proposals due by October 20, 2026 4 p.m. CST; no extensions or price adjustments allowed.
• Service schedule: cleaning every Wednesday night after staff vacates (by 5:30 p.m.) and additional deep clean the Wednesday before each Board meeting.
