The City of New York is soliciting bids for a city‑wide, two‑year Requirements Contract to supply a defined list of beverages to the Administration for Children’s Services (ACS). The contract will run from July 1 2026 through June 30 2028 and covers delivery to any NYC location without minimum order quantities. Vendors must provide full‑class pricing, product specifications, and required certifications (e.g., Kosher, nutrition labeling) and must be able to submit all documentation via the PASSPort portal.
• Supply a comprehensive lineup of juices, milks, flavored drinks, and sparkling water, each meeting strict nutritional and packaging criteria (e.g., no added sugar for many items).
• Deliver to ACS sites city‑wide, Monday‑Friday, 5 am‑3 pm, with advance notice for late deliveries.
• Provide all required documentation (nutrition labels, NY‑state sourcing, halal/kosher certificates) with the bid or within seven calendar days of a request.
