Description
Caldwell County Schools is soliciting bids for 80 interactive displays with the option for more quantities at a set price if funding allows until 6/30/2026. The displays must include native Google EDLA certification, camera module capability, embedded 20W speakers, IR touch technology, Android 13 or higher embedded, 4K UHD resolution, and other features. The successful bidder will complete delivery within 60 consecutive calendar days after receipt of the purchase order.
• The contract is for the purchase of interactive displays for various schools within Caldwell County, NC.
• The displays must be new and not refurbished.
• The bidder must be an authorized seller, reseller, or distributor.
• The bid must include shipping, tax, and all applicable charges.
• The contract may be canceled by the State if the bidder's certification or information is false, materially inaccurate, or misleading.
