Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates is soliciting proposals for the design, fabrication, and construction of an experimental endstation clean room cabin for the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The cabin will provide a controlled environment for experiments to be conducted at its endstations. The proposal should include a technical proposal and a business/price proposal, and should demonstrate the offeror's capability, knowledge, and experience with regard to the technical requirements described in the solicitation.
• The proposal should include a general overall summary, a specification and statement of work compliance matrix, prior experience and project management information, manufacturing and installation capabilities, and quality assurance information.
• The offeror should provide a corporate profile, financial capability information, and a draft contract with terms and conditions.
• The proposal should be submitted electronically, and should be received by the deadline date.
• The evaluation criteria for the proposal include specification and statement of work compliance, prior experience and project management, manufacturing and installation capabilities, and quality assurance.
• The award will be made based on the best value to the Brookhaven Science Associates, and may be made without discussion or negotiation of proposals.
