Wastewater Treatment Upgrades

The Sand Creek Wastewater Authority is seeking bids for the construction of a 2.5 MGD sequencing batch reactor wastewater treatment facility. The project includes sitework, cast-in-place concrete, site piping, pumping and aeration systems, operations building, and electrical power and control systems. The bid documents are available online, and bidders must register for a plan room account to access the documents. The bid security and other requirements must be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. • The project is expected to be funded in whole or in part by the Water Pollution Control Revolving Loan Fund (WPCRLF) loan program from the State of Mississippi. • The bid must be submitted in "pdf" format and contain the same information and forms as required for paper bids. • Electronic bids must be secured with a bid bond. • Minority and women's business enterprises are solicited to bid on this contract as prime contractors and are encouraged to make inquiries regarding potential subcontracting opportunities.
