COMPACT UTILITY TRACTORS

The Pease Development Authority is procuring two compact utility tractors (John Deere 3046R or approved equal) for use at its Portsmouth facilities. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price, non‑exclusive, and includes mandatory factory‑installed options, dealer‑installed accessories, and optional equipment that must be quoted separately. Delivery, training, and a minimum 24‑month warranty are required, and vendors must meet specific insurance and indemnification standards. • Purchase of 2 four‑wheel‑drive compact utility tractors with detailed engine, PTO, transmission, and hitch specifications. • Required factory‑installed options (cab, radio, transmission, PTO, tires, loader, manual, etc.) and dealer‑installed accessories (quick‑hitch, beacon light, ballast box). • Four optional add‑ons (mower deck, snowblower, rotary broom, landscape rake) to be priced separately. • Delivery to 7 Lee St., Portsmouth, NH with on‑site training and manuals. • Vendor must provide insurance (General Liability $1 M/$2 M, Auto $1 M, Workers’ Comp) and a 24‑month warranty.
