Description
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is seeking an Architect-Engineer (A-E) firm to provide design and construction phase services for a new Space Campus at Al Udeid Air Base, Qatar. The project will include the development of secure facilities, infrastructure, and utilities, with a focus on meeting Intelligence Community Directive (ICD) 705 compliance standards. The A-E firm will be selected based on demonstrated competence and qualifications, and will be required to collaborate with the USACE-selected construction contractor using the Integrated Design and Construction (IDaC) delivery method.
