The Bordentown Regional Board of Education is seeking a qualified New Jersey‑licensed architectural firm to deliver comprehensive architectural services for the Board’s schools during the 2026‑2027 fiscal year. The contract covers design, permitting, grant‑application support, and construction‑phase services, requiring a staff of licensed professionals and experienced project managers located near Bordentown. All proposals must be submitted by the public opening deadline and include extensive certifications, insurance proof, and hourly rate schedules.
• Provide full‑range architectural design, construction documents, and permitting assistance for school facilities.
• Manage construction‑phase activities, including site visits and coordination with engineers, planners, and environmental consultants.
• Maintain a qualified team (NJ‑licensed architects, civil engineers, surveyors, planners, etc.) with project managers having at least ten years of school‑board experience.
