Filter Valve and Actuator Replacement

The City of Cedar Rapids is seeking a qualified supplier to furnish, deliver, and install eight (8) 16‑inch butterfly valves and eight (8) 24‑inch butterfly valves, each equipped with pneumatic actuators, for a filter system. The scope includes preparation of shop drawings, provision of draft and final operation & maintenance manuals, and on‑site training for operations staff. Bids must be submitted electronically through the City’s E‑Procurement portal by the deadline. The contract will cover all labor, materials, transportation, and incidentals required to complete the work as specified in the contract documents. • Supply and deliver eight 16‑inch butterfly valves with pneumatic actuators • Supply and deliver eight 24‑inch butterfly valves with pneumatic actuators • Prepare and submit shop drawings • Provide operation & maintenance manuals (draft & final) • Conduct training for City operations personnel • Deliver all items to the project site • Submit bid electronically via Euna Procurement (IonWave) platform
