Description
The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) is seeking a contractor to provide Suppression Repair Seeding services in the Elk fire and Lee fire areas. The contractor will be required to provide a firm-fixed price for the entire requirement, which includes meeting the requirements outlined in the Statement of Work, delivering the services according to the schedule, and mitigating any risks. The contractor must also provide key personnel qualifications and past performance information. The period of performance is from 03/16/2026 to 04/20/2026.
• The contractor must have an active registration on www.sam.gov/SAM.
• The contractor must comply with Section 889 clauses.
• The contractor must use the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP) for submitting payment requests.
• The contractor must provide a single firm-fixed price for the entire requirement.
• The contractor must include key personnel qualifications and past performance information in their quote package.
