2026 Painting Renovation - RFP for CM

The Muscogee County School District is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CM) for the 2026 Painting Renovation project. The project includes interior and exterior painting, wall and finish repairs, and minor renovations. The CM will be responsible for cost estimating, constructability analysis, scheduling, and phasing of the work.
