The government is seeking to purchase a mobile vehicle lift system. The system should have a lifting capacity of at least 6,500 kg per vehicle lift, a lifting stroke of at least 1,800 mm, and a lifting speed of at least 500 mm/min. The system should also have a manual adjustable wheel receiver that accommodates a wide range of tire sizes. The system must comply with the Vehicle Lift Standard EN 1493:2010 and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC. The following documentation must be provided: original inspection book, operating and maintenance instructions, overview drawing, spare parts list, and wiring scheme with an electrical spare parts list. • The system should be designed for lifting buses and commercial vehicles safely at the tires in an inside workshop environment. • The system should have a robust, welded steel construction from shot-blasted profiles and plates. • The system should have a durable, high-quality polyurethane topcoat resistant to water, hydraulic oil, grease, coolants, and common solvents. • The system should have a central control box with a 10m power supply cable and a 5-pin CEE plug. • The system should have an illuminated "Control ON" pushbutton and selector switches for "Normal Remote Control (HSK) or Special Pushbutton" and "Single Control | 1+2 | 3+4 | set of 4".

Budget estimate

$50,000 – $200,000

The budget for this opportunity is estimated to be between $50,000 and $200,000. This estimation is based on the complexity of the mobile vehicle lift system and the materials required for its construction. The system's lifting capacity, lifting stroke, and lifting speed are all high-end specifications that suggest a high-quality and expensive system. Additionally, the system's compliance with various standards and directives, such as the Vehicle Lift Standard EN 1493:2010 and the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, may also increase its cost.
