The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking an IDIQ contractor to provide comprehensive solid‑waste collection, recycling, dumpster rental, and related reporting services for the Richmond VA Medical Center. The contract includes routine waste‑container emptying on prescribed schedules, on‑call scrap‑metal pickups, universal‑waste handling, monthly recycling‑proceeds reporting, and a waste‑audit program aimed at 60 % diversion by FY 2027 and 90 % by FY 2030. The award will be a multi‑year FFP IDIQ with a base year plus three one‑year options, covering up to four years of service.
