Description
The NATO Request for Innovative Participation (RFIP) is seeking solutions for an Agentic AI tool that can support cognitive warfare. The tool should be able to autonomously identify target audiences, craft personalized messaging, and adapt strategies in real time. The ideal solution should have a Technology Readiness Level (TRL) of 5-7 and be able to deliver a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) within 3 months. The solution should be able to demonstrate its capabilities in a realistic scenario and provide a clear explanation of its technical requirements and maintenance needs.
• The tool should be able to operate independently within predefined boundaries and carry out complex tasks without constant human input.
• The tool should be able to initiate actions based on goals or objectives provided during configuration.
• The tool should be able to scrape social media to gather, aggregate, and analyze sentiment data.
• The tool should be able to geospatially display the sentiment of different regions.
• The tool should be able to disseminate facts, suggestions, or feedback in clear and understandable formats suitable for its audience.
