Guldmann Ceiling Lift PM Services

The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a service-disabled veteran-owned small business to provide maintenance and certification services for sixty-nine Guldmann ceiling lift systems located at the Trinka Davis Veterans Village in Carrolton, GA and Cobb County VA Clinic in Marietta, GA. The services shall be performed by manufacturer-trained service engineers, and the contract shall begin on September 1, 2026, and end on August 31, 2027, with four option years. The contractor shall provide preventive maintenance, repair, and replacement of parts, as well as certification and documentation of the work performed. • The contractor shall provide service calls between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. • The contractor shall provide a detailed field service report upon completion of work, including the type, model, and serial number of the equipment, total time spent performing maintenance, and a narrative description of the services required. • The contractor shall provide certification in the form of technical documentation, original invoice, or service documentation that the quality of updates and upgrades is sufficient to guarantee continued performance and operation of the system. • The contractor shall comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and VA directives regarding information and information system security. • The contractor shall provide training to its employees on VA privacy and information security awareness and rules of behavior.
