The City of Council Bluffs is soliciting a single‑source, lump‑sum bid to construct a non‑conditioned dry‑material storage building on an existing Phase I concrete foundation at the Council Bluffs Recreation Complex. The contractor will be responsible for all site work, masonry veneer walls, roof trusses, metal roofing, doors, steel bollards, structural steel, gutters, and related accessories, complying with local labor, bonding, insurance, and equal‑employment‑opportunity requirements.
