Los Angeles District (SPL), USACE Business Opportunity Open House (BOOH)

The Los Angeles District Business Opportunity Open House is an event where industry professionals can connect with US Army Corps of Engineers staff and learn about upcoming projects and business opportunities. The event will feature presentations, capabilities briefings, and one-on-one meetings with SPL personnel. The primary focus is to build business relationships and provide information about upcoming projects, including VA opportunities in Arizona, Little Colorado River at Winslow, Border Infrastructure, and Yuma Proving Ground-YPG, Davis Monthan AFB, Luke AFB, Fort Huachuca Opportunities. • The event is scheduled for March 18, 2026, from 9AM to Noon, with presentations and capabilities briefings from Noon to 3:30 PM. • The event is free to attend, but registration is required and limited. • The US Army Corps of Engineers is using various acquisition strategies, including Design-Build to Budget and Advanced Pre-Qualification Sources List (A-PQSL), to maximize value and minimize budget overruns. • The event will also cover changes to processes, including the use of Other Transaction Authorities (OTAs) and Cyber Security Maturity Model Certification (CMMC).
