The Palm Beach County is seeking a contractor to provide Geotechnical Engineering and Testing services. The contractor will be required to perform various tasks, including but not limited to, providing geotechnical engineering and testing services for the county's projects. The contractor must be certified by Palm Beach County at the time of solicitation due date to be eligible to meet the established OEBO Affirmative Procurement Initiative (API). • The contractor must submit a properly executed Schedule 2 to be considered responsive to the solicitation. • The contractor must provide the dollar amount or percentage of work to be completed by the prime contractor/consultant and all subcontractors/subconsultants on the project. • The contractor must certify that the information provided is accurate to the best of their knowledge. • The contractor must meet the established OEBO API goals, if applicable.
