Description
The Toombs County Board of Commissioners is seeking bids for the construction of a storm drain system and road improvements on Lawson Road. The project includes the installation of 284 LF of 18" RCP storm drain pipe, 36 LF of 24" RCP storm drain pipe, headwalls, a junction box, 0.65 miles of base and paving, and other appurtenances. The project must be completed within 180 consecutive calendar days of the notice to proceed.
• The bid must be submitted on the Bid Proposal Forms furnished for that purpose.
• A Bidder's Bond, payable to the Toombs County for 10 percent of the amount of the bid, is required.
• The bid must be sealed and filed with Toombs County prior to the designated time.
• No bids shall be withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the opening of bids.
