The City of Cincinnati is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace the concrete topping slab on the Police District Four parking deck (4150 Reading Road). The work includes demolition of the existing slab, insulation and waterproofing, installation of new waterproofing membrane, new concrete slab, joint sealants, and final striping, with strict adherence to M/WBE participation goals, prevailing‑wage compliance, and safety requirements.
