Description
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation is seeking bids for herbicide spraying services on secondary roads and rest areas in Luzerne County. The contract will be for a period of one year, with the possibility of four renewals. The contractor will be responsible for providing all equipment, personnel, and materials for roadside pesticide spraying services. The services must be performed in accordance with PennDOT's Maintenance Manual and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
