Description
The Town of North Attleborough is seeking trade contractor qualifications for the North Attleborough High School project. The project includes the construction of a new 3-story, 226,740 gsf building for 1025 students in grades 9-12. The new building will be located to the south of the existing school and will target Net-Zero ready construction and LEED Gold. The early trade package includes miscellaneous and ornamental iron work. The estimated construction cost is $220 million and the estimated construction duration is 36 months.
