Switchboard and MCC Panel Replacement

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide switchboard and MCC panel replacement services for ALTESS. The contractor must be able to provide installation services in accordance with the SOW performance standard. The site visit will be conducted on 14 July 2026 at 9:00am EST at PD ALTESS, Bldg 450, Constitution Rd, Radford Army Ammunition Plant, Radford, VA 24141. The installation vetting requirements are found in section 4 of the SOW and all interested parties must register for the site visit no later than 13 July at 12:00pm EST. • The contractor must provide a fixed price for each CLIN for all ordering periods. • The contractor must demonstrate existing capability, licenses, and certifications necessary to meet all PWS requirements. • The contractor must provide a small business subcontracting plan with their proposal. • The contractor must provide a complete breakdown of price by major subcontractor. • The contractor must provide a crosswalk of the proposed labor categories against the Area Wage Determinations.
