McAllen Leased Parking Spaces

The Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) is soliciting bids to lease a minimum of 70 parking spaces for TWC staff at the South Texas Tele Center. The proposed spaces must be located within approximately one block of 400 E. Hackberry, McAllen, TX 78501. The successful respondent must ensure their proposed location meets the requirements outlined in the solicitation, including location and proximity, quantity and exclusivity, safety and security, physical condition and maintenance, and accessibility (ADA compliance). • The parking spaces must be located within a one-block radius of the South Texas Tele Center. • The parking lot must be paved with asphalt or concrete and have adequate drainage. • The parking lot must have high-intensity LED lighting that automatically activates at dusk. • The successful respondent is responsible for all lot maintenance, including filling potholes, repairing cracks, re-striping lines and symbols, debris removal, and regular sweeping. • The contract term will commence on the fully executed contract date and expire on July 31, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional one-year terms.
