Stonewood Pavement Repairs

The City of West Des Moines is seeking bids for the Stonewood Pavement Repairs project, which includes approximately 4,193 CY of excavation, 2,203 SY of subgrade preparation, 3,875 SY of geogrid, and other miscellaneous work. The project requires the contractor to furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the construction of improvements. The contractor must comply with the Plans and Specifications prepared by Snyder & Associates, Inc. and approved by the City Council. The project has a substantial completion date of June 30, 2026, and a final completion date of September 30, 2026. The contractor will be required to provide a performance bond and a payment bond, and to guarantee maintenance of the improvement for a period of four years.
