Description
The Washington Headquarters Services Acquisition Directorate (WHS/AD) intends to award a sole-source contract to 3dB Labs, Inc. for Monarch Hardware and Software Maintenance Support. The requirement includes procuring the latest version of the Monarch operating system kickstart image, software support and maintenance for SCEPTRE-10G-ITAR, and upgrading SCEPTRE-10G-ITAR to SCEPTRE-PRO-ITAR. The services are needed to enhance the Pentagon Force Protection Agency (PFPA) Investigations & Intelligence Division / Counterintelligence (IID/CI) capabilities.
• The contract is for a firm-fixed price.
• The services include software support and maintenance for SCEPTRE-10G-ITAR and SCEPTRE-PRO-ITAR.
