Description
The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to negotiate a sole source contract with ArgonSoft for software maintenance and support for the NIH Laboratory Information Management system (LIMS) called ASIS.TO. The required software and support include 1 year of gold system support, installation of mandatory updates and minor upgrade packages, and IQ/OQ of running installation and operation qualification tests. The period of performance is estimated to be from January 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, and the place of performance is the NIH Clinical Center in Bethesda, MD.
• The contract will be awarded as a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract.
• ArgonSoft is the sole vendor capable of providing the required software maintenance support for this proprietary and customized software.
• The NIH is seeking a capability statement from responsible sources that could provide the required software maintenance and support.
