Description
The Metropolitan Council is seeking bids for the rehabilitation of the 2026 Franklin Ave Bridge 6664. The project includes replacing the bridge deck waterproofing, installing a new deck drainage system, painting steel beams, repairing the station foundation, connecting to the storm sewer system, and repairing concrete delamination under the bridge. The contract has a participation goal of 3% for MCUB firms. Bidders are strongly encouraged to verify subcontractor's State and Federal debarment and suspension status.
