Notice of Intent - Vaisala

The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to procure calibration care agreements for various instruments, including CALCAREDL1016, CALCAREDL2000, and CALCAREDL1000, on a sole-source basis from Vaisala. The agreements will include accredited calibration services, with benefits such as fixed pricing, flexibility to add calibrations, faster delivery times, and free shipping. The FBI is seeking capability statements from interested parties, which must include their experience, equipment, background, and ability to provide the required instruments without compromising quality, reliability, safety, accuracy, and schedule. • The procurement includes one CALCAREDL1016, one CALCAREDL2000, and two CALCAREDL1000 calibration care agreements. • The agreements will be for a period of one year, with accredited calibration services provided at specified intervals. • The FBI is seeking capability statements from interested parties, which must be submitted by 29 May 2026, 5:00 PM (EST). • The capability statements must include the firm's Dun and Bradstreet number (DUNS), CAGE Code, UEI Unique Entity ID (UEI) number, and their Business Size.
