Description
The Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SoQ) from firms interested in providing professional and other services on an "on-call, as-needed" basis for the 2025-2027 On-Call Consultant Services (OCCS) List. The OCCS List will be used to select firms to perform work in various categories, including design, bridge inspection, environmental services, traffic signal timing, construction inspection, and more. Firms must submit a SoQ electronically through the OpenGov online portal, and the same combined PDF SoQ must be submitted separately for each category of interest.
• The SoQ should include information about the firm's qualifications, experience, and approach to the work.
• Firms must have the necessary licenses and certifications to perform the work.
• The SoQ will be evaluated based on the firm's qualifications, experience, and approach to the work.
• The selected firms will be placed on the OCCS List for consideration for work on an as-needed basis.
• The OCCS List will be effective from April 15, 2026, to September 30, 2027.
