Description
The City of Dania Beach is seeking a real estate developer to develop a City-owned property located at 148 N Federal Hwy. The property consists of two contiguous parcels with a total area of 18,700 sf. The City is looking for a developer who can create a signature project that serves as a catalyst for additional private investment throughout the corridor. The developer will be required to submit a proposal outlining their qualifications, experience, and financial ability, as well as a conceptual design and estimated cost and projected time for completion of the development.
• The property is located in a highly visible area with a newly restored height and density allowance of up to 14 stories.
• The City is seeking a developer who can create a project that maximizes the value of the City's investment and provides a clear analysis of the anticipated return on investment (ROI).
• The developer will be required to submit a sworn statement regarding public entity crimes and a non-collusion affidavit.
• The City reserves the right to accept or reject any proposal, in whole or in part, and to waive any informalities, technicalities, or irregularities.
