NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE BPA STRATASYS SERVICE MAINTENANCE AND FLEET MANAGEMENT

The Department of the Air Force (DAF) intends to award a sole-source, Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to Stratasys, Inc. for fleet management, service contract maintenance, and OEM replacement parts for the globally distributed fleet of Government-owned Stratasys additive manufacturing systems. The proposed action is to establish a centralized BPA for a period of up to five years, with annual reviews in place for performance standards. The contractor must be fully qualified and certified by Stratasys, Inc. to provide certified service coverage and source genuine OEM parts, while successfully managing the U.S. Air Force's worldwide fleet. • The contractor must be certified by Stratasys, Inc. to perform interventions on the systems without voiding machine calibration or flight-certification of printed assets. • The systems produce flight hardware subject to military airworthiness configuration controls. • The contractor must comply with USAF Technical Order requirements.
