Description
The Brookhaven Science Associates, LLC is soliciting quotes for a Skidmore Vacuum Pump. The pump must meet the salient characteristics requirements outlined in the Draft Purchase Order (Enclosure A). The Offeror shall furnish all labor, services, materials, and equipment in strict accordance with the attached Draft Purchase Order (PO). The quote must include the signed Quotation Pricing Sheet (Enclosure C) and the vendor's detailed quote.
• The quote must be received by BSA no later than 4/28/26 5 PM.
• The quote must include all inclusive prices, quoted in U.S. dollars, FOB, Brookhaven National Laboratory, Upton, Long Island, New York.
• The Offeror must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) with their Unique Entity ID number (UEI #).
• The Offeror must provide a Small Business Subcontracting Plan if they are not a small or foreign business and expect to submit an offer that will exceed $750,000.
