Notice of Intent to Award - STAT and non-STAT Laboratory Testing Services

The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Shiprock Service Unit intends to restrict competition and negotiate an award with San Juan Regional Medical Center for STAT and non-STAT laboratory testing services. The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with four consecutive 12-month periods following the base period, up to 60 months total or five years. • The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 621511 – Medical Laboratories. • The Small Business Administration size standard for this procurement is $41.5 million. • Vendors that believe they can provide the stated services may provide a capability statement, which should be submitted via email to [email protected] by 10:00 AM (MST) on 12/19/2025. • The Government will determine whether to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice.
