Description
The McComb School District is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide cybersecurity services, equipment, and workforce development training. The project includes three sections: Cybersecurity Contractual Services, Cybersecurity Equipment, and Cybersecurity Training/Workforce Development. Vendors must meet the itemized descriptions and quantities for each service or product listed. The proposal deadline is January 30, 2026.
• The project includes Fortimail Cloud Gateway Quick Deploy License, FortiEDR Forticare Subscription, and Extreme Cloud IQ Pilot.
• The district requires proposals to include a cover letter, references from similar projects, detailed cost for each item/service, timeline for delivery and implementation, and warranty and support details.
• The evaluation criteria include overall price, satisfaction of scope and service criteria, vendor qualifications and experience, delivery and implementation timeline, and support and warranty offerings.
