Request for Services for Compliance Workforce Advisory Services

The County of Los Angeles, Executive Office of the Board of Supervisors is soliciting for a Work Order with qualified CAPSMA contractors to provide compliance workforce advisory services to support the EO in recruiting an interim and permanent Ethics Compliance Officer. The selected vendor will be required to provide consulting and professional services. The key services include: • Compliance workforce advisory services • Recruiting an interim and permanent Ethics Compliance Officer • Providing support to the EO in managing technology, staffing, procurement, and facilities resources The vendor must meet the minimum qualifications as indicated in the applicable RFS and must submit responses to both the RFQ and the RFS. The vendor will be required to execute a Master Agreement and Work Order with the County.
