Request for Information (RFI) for full service food support for DLA Troop Support's (OCONUS SPV) in Thailand.

The DLA Troop Support's Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) Subsistence Prime Vendor (SPV) Program is seeking information regarding contracts for food storage for military and authorized land customers in Thailand. The government requires storage of Operational Rations and/or other Government Furnished Equipment (GFM) and Local Market Ready products (LMR) at an OCONUS facility or facilities. This storage requirement is subject to several applicable regulations. The program is looking for vendors who can provide storage and purchase of Local Market Ready Products, as well as transportation and security of product, personnel management, and meeting required delivery dates. Some key requirements include: • Ability to store GFM and LMR at an OCONUS facility or facilities • Ability to provide domestic products from the United States • Ability to provide Local Market Ready (LMR) items such as FFV and fresh eggs from the local economy • Ability to deliver products with the required amount of shelf life • Ability to accommodate delivery schedules within 2 days • Ability to use the Defense Transportation System (DTS) for transportation • Ability to enter into agreements with USTRANSCOM carriers for claims processing and dispute resolution.
