The Marion, IL VA Medical Center is seeking a contractor to revise the Spill Prevention, Control, and Countermeasures Plan (SPCCP) to verify compliance with current and new requirements. The contractor will perform a 5-year review, update the plan, and make necessary changes to ensure compliance with 40 CFR 112 and applicable state and local regulations. The plan must be certified by an Illinois registered Professional Engineer. Key responsibilities include: • Amending, updating, and preparing the existing SPCCP • Coordinating with the medical center's Emergency Operations Plan and Integrated Contingency Plan • Providing updates for new reporting and training requirements • Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations The contractor will provide a fully compliant and user-friendly electronic document.
