Condenser Water Box and Tubesheet Protective Coating – Building 450

The Argonne National Laboratory is seeking a contractor to provide condenser water box and tubesheet protective coating services for Building 450. The contractor will be responsible for epoxy coating of three carrier chiller condenser tube sheets, end bells, and marine ends. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quotation and comply with the Argonne Terms and Conditions. The contractor's installation/service personnel are responsible for the removal and off-site disposal of any debris resulting from the work. • The contractor must provide a completed High Risk Job Safety Analysis Form, ESH-209, and an Insurance Certificate. • The contractor must obtain a "Notice to Proceed" from the Argonne Procurement Representative before starting on-site work. • The contractor must comply with the ES&H requirements identified in the Applicable Documentation. • The contractor must provide a certificate of insurance that names The UChicago Argonne, LLC, The University of Chicago, and the US Government as additional insureds.
