Description
The U.S. Department of State is seeking a qualified local legal firm to provide services related to the acquisition of land for the New Embassy Compound (NEC) project in Muscat, Oman. The selected firm will provide expert legal guidance to ensure compliance with Omani laws and regulations, conduct due diligence, draft and review contracts, and represent the Embassy in negotiations and interactions with relevant authorities. The scope of work includes providing legal context, research, document review, negotiations, pre-contract certification, post-contract certification, pre-purchase certification, closing, and post-purchase certification.
