The Rhode Island Housing and Mortgage Finance Corporation (operating as Mortgage Servicing Solutions) seeks qualified law firms to provide comprehensive foreclosure and eviction legal services on behalf of MSS/MSHA in the State of Maine. The work includes representing the agency in foreclosure actions, post‑sale closings, title searches, municipal lien certifications, and handling FHA/VA related matters, as well as representing the agency in eviction proceedings from notice drafting through court representation and post‑judgment enforcement. Firms must submit hourly or transaction‑based fee proposals, maintain $5 million professional liability coverage, and meet data‑security and conflict‑of‑interest certifications.
