Description
The Manchester Community School District is seeking bids for the roofing replacement at Riverside Intermediate School. The project involves the removal of the existing mechanically fastened PVC roofing system, installation of new flat and tapered insulation, fully-adhered EPDM membrane, and coverboard, as well as the installation of new perimeter metal edge fascia, cap flashings, counterflashings, and other related work. The project requires Prevailing Wages to be used, and the School Board reserves the right to accept or reject any and all Bid Proposals.
• The project is located at 710 E. Main Street, Manchester, MI 48158
• The bid documents will be available to Prime Contractors starting January 6, 2026
• A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on January 8, 2026
• Sealed bids will be due on January 22, 2026, at 3:30 p.m. (local time)
• The bids shall be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of a Bid Bond valued at five percent (5%) of the proposer's maximum bid amount
