PWP CL-2026-114) Addendum 4 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - ROADWAY PAVEMENT REPAIR AT AIRPORT CONNECTOR TUNNELS

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the construction of roadway pavement repairs at the Airport Connector Tunnels. The project includes improvements to the pavement in the northbound and southbound tunnels. The contract is subject to federal provisions, including the Buy American Preference, Foreign Trade Restriction, Davis Bacon, and Affirmative Action. The contractor must comply with the requirements of the contract documents, including the general conditions, special conditions, compensation conditions, technical specifications, and drawings.
