Description
The Franchise Tax Board (FTB) is seeking bids from qualified vendors to provide removal and disposal services for various office materials of Modular Systems Furniture and related components at its New York Field Offices. The contract will be for a period of approximately 7 months, starting on December 9, 2025, or upon approval, whichever is later. The successful bidder will be required to provide all services, labor, tools, transportation, and equipment necessary for the removal and disposal of the specified materials. The bid must include all required attachments and documents, and the bidder must meet the minimum qualifications and requirements specified in the IFB.
• The locations for performance of work are: 1212 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 300 & 401, New York, NY 10036, and 1180 Avenue of the Americas, Suite 900, New York, NY 10036.
• The bidder must have a valid Electrician License and at least one year of experience performing this type of service.
• The prevailing wage rates applicable to the work to be performed will be as determined by the State of New York Department of Labor.
• The bidder must maintain workers' compensation insurance and general liability insurance throughout the term of the agreement.
