State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University (“SUNY Downstate,” “Downstate,” “DHSU,” and “The University”) is seeking cost proposals from a contractor to complete fire and smoke damper inspection and repairs for all dampers installed on First Floor through Penthouse.
