Description
The project modernizes SEPTA’s Chinatown Station to be fully ADA‑compliant, involving major structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades. The work will be divided into multiple prime contracts (general construction, mechanical, and electrical) that must be coordinated on‑site. The contract period is 24 months from the Notice to Proceed, and bidders must submit sealed electronic bids via ePS by the October 30, 2026 deadline.
